| | | | The Erie Township Planning Commission recently completed a draft Master Plan. On January 10, 2010, the Erie Township Board of Trustees approved the distribution of this draft Master Plan to the various entities as prescribed by State law. Pursuant to a previous correspondence dated May 20, 2011, and MCL 125.3841 (2), you are being notified that a draft Master Plan is available for download on the Erie Township Web Site http://erietownship.com for review and comment. If you have difficulty accessing this web site, or other problems obtaining an electronic copy, please contact Mr. Michael Demski Building/Zoning Official at 734.848.5915, ext.5. Questions regarding the Master Plan itself may also be directed to Randy Mielnik, AICP, LEED AP, Poggemeyer Design Group, Inc., 2262 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 734-384-1380 ext 30, mielnikr@poggemeyer.com. Please forward any formal comments that you may have to Mr. William Jacobs, Chairman, Erie Township Planning Commission, Erie Township Hall, 2065 Erie Road P.O. Box 187 Erie, Michigan 48133. This comment period will commence on January 21, 2012 and end on March 29, 2012. Following this comment period, the Erie Township Planning Commission will hold at least one public hearing before formally considering adoption of a new Master Plan.
